Quality and standards
In the field of storage and distribution of consumer goods, DTS is among the first companies in Serbia certified according to the requirements of the IFS Logistics 2,2.
The standard ensures the efficient and effective management all logistic services regarding quality and product safety. The certificate ensures adequate documentation, application, maintenance and development of quality management systems and product safety in the supply chain.
IFS Logistics 2 standard has been approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative organization (GFSI) whose members are the world’s largest manufacturers, traders and distributors of food, which has made DTS operations internationally recognized and competitive.
Besides having the rate of 96,27% and the ‘Higher Level’ mark on the IFS Logistics 2.2 certificate, DTS has certificates for Quality management and food safety ISO 9001:2015, and HACCP.
In January 2022, DTS received the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certificate, which confirms the quality, safety and reliability of business processes. In addition, since 2023, DTS is an individual member of the world organization FIATA (The International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations), which is the reference source of international policy and regulation for the forwarding and logistics industry.
In May 2023, DTS received the TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association) certificate, which guarantees the safe and secure transportation of high-value goods.
